Product Review – Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter A-Peel

This manicure lasted four days with only a couple of teeny tiny chips, it could have gone for a day or two more, at least.  I was very happy that it lasted so long, I was somewhat concerned that the glitter peel-off base coat would make it chip or peel off, but it didn’t.  I took the polish off by using an orange stick to gently push the polish up off from the side of my nail. The red polish came loose very easily and practically popped off of the nail.  The white with the layer of glitter was stuck a little more, but with some gentle persuasion, it came off easily, too.  The pink was the hardest to get off, it took a little more pushing to get it started, but it came off easily too, once I got it started.  There was a little polish left on my nails around the cuticles and tips, but this came off easily with a little nail polish remover.  My nails looked great, it didn’t appear that the peeling affected them at all, and I was happy that I didn’t have to soak my cuticles in acetone and dry them out.  I like this alternative for removing glitter polish, and I will definitely keep using it for glitter!

About sunflowerswank

After working all of my life, I retired in June, 2011. I try to use my extra time to rest, exercise, paint my fingernails, play with my 9 cats, spend time with my husband, Al, and cook healthy and lower fat recipies for us to eat. I try to use as many fruits and vegetables in my menus as I can cram in, sometimes to the complaints of the hubs - LOL! I am also making over some of my old favorites to be heathier with more vegetables in them, and less fat.
