Black and White Glitter on my Fingernails

I have been seeing black and white glitter polish all over the internet, but I didn’t really have the time or patience to buy any.  Up until real recently it has only been available as indie polish that you had compete for when a new batch was announced, and only a few very lucky people were actually able to buy it.  And with my horrible internet connection, this was impossible for me to even think about doing.  Then I saw that Maybelline – a drugstore polish – had released a new black and white glitter polish, Color Show Polka Dots Clearly Spotted, and it was available at Walgreens.  So Al and I stopped at our local store, and they had it in, and I bought a bottle.  Already I love it, and I have lots of ideas for it.  For the first time I thought that I would do a simple mani, the red nails are Nicole by OPI Scarlet and I topped them with the Maybelline Clearly Spotted.  For the accent nails I used Orly White Tips topped with OPI Happy Anniversary and then I stamped them with Pueen 23 and Konad Black.

About sunflowerswank

After working all of my life, I retired in June, 2011. I try to use my extra time to rest, exercise, paint my fingernails, play with my 9 cats, spend time with my husband, Al, and cook healthy and lower fat recipies for us to eat. I try to use as many fruits and vegetables in my menus as I can cram in, sometimes to the complaints of the hubs - LOL! I am also making over some of my old favorites to be heathier with more vegetables in them, and less fat.
