Rutabaga Oven Fries with Italian Seasoning

This is the first time that I had tried these, and they were really good.  And a lot more filling than potato oven fries.  I had to roast them in the oven for 40 minutes instead of the usual 30.  I guess that they have more water content than potatoes.

This is the first time that Al or I had eaten them to our knowledge.  I’m definitely going to make these again.

After working all of my life, I retired in June, 2011.
